  • What are Atelier Dog's shipping options?
    We ship all of our products with tracking number and worldwide. The price depends on the weight.
  • Are you shipping worldwide?
    Yes, we are shipping worlwide.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    This depends on where you live. Please check out our shipping options. We send our orders in 1 to 3 business days.
  • When will you ship my order?
    We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. We ussually send our orders in 1 to 3 business days.
  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive a tracking number as soon as we shipped your order with instructions .
  • Can I return an item?
    To return an order the items have to be in their original package and to be sent back 14 days after you received them. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please make sure to inform us to get all the instructions. (theatelierdog@gmail.com) You can either get a refund (excepted for the shipping costs) or get a store credit. YOU CAN'T RETURN COMMISSIONS, ANY PERSONALIZED ITEM, OR USED ITEMS.
  • Can you send a Greeting Card on my behalf?
    We can ship a greeting card for you. The option is available on the product page. We will write your message with handwriting.
  • Can I cancel or change my order on Atelier Dog?
    You can only cancel or change your order if your order hasn't been prepared yet. Make sure to contact us quickly if you have any problem with your order. (theatelierdog@gmail.com
  • What's the status of my order?
    You will get informed by E-Mail if your order has been shipped.
  • Do you offer gift packaging?
    We wrap all of the items in silk paper and make sure to put it together in a nice and pretty way with extra decoration.
  • How to order a commission?
    To order a commission go to the product's page and choose : size, number of animals, you should send us your photos as reference by E-Mail (theatelierdog@gmail.com) or on Instagram (theatelierdog). You can also choose colors and tell us other details you want.
  • What payment do you accept?
    We accept credit card payment and paypal.
  • How long will it take to get my commission?
    This depends on the size and number of animals, but also on the number of commissions ahead. Usually it takes 3 to 4 weeks. If no commissions are available the item will be marked as sold out, and as soon as we have new slots open, it will be back in stock.
  • Will you keep me updated while working on my commission?
    Yes, for sure. I will send you a sketch first, and if you want it I can send you the colors I chose to check if you like them.
  • Are your products vegan?
    All of the products we use to draw and print are vegan and sustainable.
  • How are your products made?
    We draw with high quality artists pencil on watercolor paper (from 180g/m2 to 224g/m2). Everything is printed on high quality paper (from 300g/m2 to 320g/m2). We support small french businesses. Everything is made in Montpellier.
  • What do you need to start a commission?
    To order a commission you can choose the : size, number of animals, you should send us your photos as reference by E-Mail (theatelierdog@gmail.com) or on Instagram (theatelierdog). You can also choose colors and tell us other details you want.
  • What if I am not 100% satisfied with the piece?
    I work closely with customers while the piece is in progress to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the color, balance, mood, & direction of the drawing. Minor changes are still possible as far as possible. However, this has never happened before, so hopefully you would not be the first.
  • How often do you restock?
    If an item is out of stock, we will keep you posted on Instagram and our Newsletter. It is based on what inventory we still have as we have to make bigger orders at once. Some items we are able to restock regularly. We can only do as much commissions as we have time, please understand that there are limited slots available.
